How do I push myself to have the motive & physical energy to do normal physical !


Question: How do I push myself to have the motive & physical energy to do normal physical daily tasks!?
I suffer depression, & I'm pretty much bedridden with no energy at all!. I take Wellbutrin!. I feel handicapped because it would be very hard for me to adjust to living life normally & being functional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something you really enjoy!.

I know another thing that makes me happy, my cat!. Animals seen to have a calming affect!. You play with them, get close to them, they are good to tell all your problems to because they take it all in and don't try to tell you that your stupid or your worries are dumb!. They don't want anything but your love, and maybe some food and a warm bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any form of feelings or emotions like Anger, frustration, sadness, depression, anxiety, rude behavior, throwing tantrums etc!. stem out due to the 'undue' stress or strain placed primarily by one's own expectation of the self!. It also occurs because we expect others around us to behave in a certain way but most often they do not!!

Find avenues to channelize these pent-up feelings or emotions in to positive creative energy and you will end up having a feeling of fulfillment in your own self which in turn will improve your self esteem!.

This indeed is a slow but sure process and you will have to find the way, the time and the means to pursue your creative instincts - It could be writing, reading, painting or even running your own pet project or business!.

I know what that's like, for me the only thing that motivates me when I feel down and out is anger, anger at myself, at my situation-and I just say to myself " my illness is pushing me around, and controlling me, and trying to dominate me, it has ruined my life, my self worth, and my family"!.---So, what am I gonna do about it!? and the answer is- I'm gonna beat it, I'm gonna take it head-up, and I'm gonna beat it-period!. How long have you taken Wellbutrin!?!? When I tried that, it turned me into a nervous wreck, so wired and shaky I couldn't even write due to the tremors!. What helps me get going when I'm tired is really strong green tea!. It's much better than coffee because it wakes you up but doesn't give you the nervousness that the tanic acid in coffee causes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
