I've not taken Zoloft 100mg for 5 days and I feel really anxious...?!

Question: I've not taken Zoloft 100mg for 5 days and I feel really anxious!.!.!.!?
Hi - I've run out of my Zoloft medication and haven't been able to contact my doctor - this is the 5th day I haven't taken any!. I feel really teary and things are getting on top of me!. Is it possible that abruptly stopping the Zoloft is making me feel so bad or is it my imagination!? I just can't believe I feel so lousy already!. I am also feeling dizzy!. Has anyone else experienced this!?

BTW - in the middle of typing this, my doc finally got in touch and is getting me a script to pick up tonight!. Whew!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Running out of your medication can happen from time to time!.
If / when it does, yes your symptoms can return!. (as it seems they have begun to do)

Here are a couple of tips for you in the future!.
Whenever your bottle is running low, say in the last 5 days, be alert to get that prescription renewed!. If for some reason, there is going to be a gap in the time you run out and the time when you pick-up the new one, I have found this method to be successful with Zoloft!. With Zoloft you don't want to abruptly stop the medication, as effects can disrupt you life!.
Zoloft can be broken in half!. If I get down to 3 days dosage, I split what I have left in 1/2, taking 1/2 of my daily dose each day until the prescription can be filled!. This can spread 3 days worth into 6!. (sometimes that's all you need until your paycheck arrives, etc!.)

Another possibility - If and when you realize there may be a gap of time before your next prescription can be picked-up, contact your Dr to let him know!. Some Dr's will supply you with a sample package for a few days to get you through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it's very dangerous to just go off medication abruptly, many things can happen including anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies and many more things, be careful and stay safe, try to make sure you always have enough medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not miss your dose of Zolofit for so many days!. The symptoms you are having could be due to not taking zolofit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
