Question: What is the best thang to do when you can not get to sleep at night!?
Answers:
Get some kind of exercise during the day!.

Limit caffiene and alcohol!.

Chamomile tea is good for making you sleepy, and it's very mild so it doesn't feel like a sedative or something!.

When you go to bed, breathe deeply!. Let the air out as much as possible while you think about counting to ten!. Then breathe in as much as air as possible while you think about counting to ten!. Repeat this as long as you can and it should help you be more relaxed!.

you know i have to tell you i have really really bad insomnia so therefore i don't the only thing doctors do ids give me sleeping meds i find the Tylenol pm works pretty good but sometimes it you let yourself stay up for a whole 24 hours then you can train you body to get on a normal schedule whatever time that may be but for me i just go crazy i don't know what to do half the time! but try one of them less you already have ! --Cassie--Www@Answer-Health@Com
