I would like to improve my thinking and be a smarter person!. What can I do to make my brain work more efficiently!?

use it! The best thing you can do to help your own brain is use it as much as possible!. Don't use calculators, add your shopping bill up as you go round the supermarket, think of as many ways of saying one thing as you can, try to memorise words and pictures that you see walking down the street!. Read, read, read!.
You dont need to buy fancy games - I bought a brain train game for Nintendo DS and got bored really quickly!. Just use your brain as much as you can every day!. And remember, smart isnt everything!. There are an awful lot of smart people out there who are severely lacking in social skills!. Good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brain age is a fun game but doesn't really provide the learning you need!. Try big brain academy, it's fun, makes your brain really work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes I have the smae type of game on Nintendo Wii and it's awesome! Try Sudoku too and puzzle books, they get your brain ticking!Www@Answer-Health@Com
