How does talk therapy work?!

Question: How does talk therapy work!?
I am trying to go for a therapy now for my anxiety issues!. I have had several problems that have caused my anxious personality!. I am not sure, what I should say in these talk therapies!. Some things really kill me from inside, but I am very very uncomfortable talking about them!. I have already given the therapist(s) overview of my problem!. Will they expect me to talk through all those!? Or will they be able to help me without asking too much details!. Please let me know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My personal experience with therapy (talk) is that it has given me positive results!. My approach was to explain my issues to the full extend looking for bits of information or feedback that would help me see the situation on a different manner!. I personally found that professional provided with bits that one can not notice due to the state of confusion I found my self in!. I seriously would like to inform you that acceptance became a good tool in order to resolve some problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!
Firstly, many people are nervous about their first talk therapy session!. I was! It's perfectly normal!.
Every therapist I've ever had (And there's been a lot) have been willing to respect my boundaries!. If I don't want to talk about something, we don't rush into it!. The first session will be just a meeting and asking questions about your background!. You can talk about whatever you want to talk about!.

Good luck! I hope you find help in your therapy sessions!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on the therapist, but no therapist should push you to say more than you are comfortable saying!. just start with what you can and go from there!. your therapist might also have things you can try, like relaxation, that can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should tell your therapist the concerns you mentioned here!. They will help you if you are uncomfortable, but you have to TELL them you are uncomfortable!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You talk,someone listens!.
You listen,someone talks!.
and it works because they are a third party who doesn't really know you till you talk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
