What is the best anti-anxiety medication?!

Question: What is the best anti-anxiety medication!?
I'm already going to ask my doctor, so don't give me that response, I'm just looking for people's personal opinions based off there experiences!. I am currently taking the highest dose possible of Zyprexa (anti- psychotic) and of Klonopin (anti-anxiety), however I know I need something else, because I am still having anxiety!. Thinking of asking the doctor if he could add Valium or something else!? Any suggestions of a good med !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

why is it when matters of the mind come up so many people recommend god or "natural" remedies!. Not all pharmaceuticals are your friend ,not all are your enemy!. the brain is an organ and is capable of illness just like any other organ in your body!. For those that recommended god, I recommend they not accept pharmaceutical services for any infectious bacteria they acquire or if they are diagnosed with a mality or cancer of some other organ in their body!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.To answer your question, Id recommend trying to get off the benzodiazepines gradually, you can become very dependent on them and they effect your cognition greatly!. Maybe instead of antipsychotic you might try a new generation antidepressant like cymbalta which can be effection for anxiety disorder and use a xanax ( alprazolam) for severe break through anxiety!. There should be many good books on anxiety attacks and what triggers to avoid!. In fact my brother, who is a doctor, suffered from panic attacks for about 6 mo!. He's not a "mental case" very normal guy who out of no where started getting bouts of anxiety where his heart rate would go to 150, sweating, feelings of doom, etc and hed go to the emergency room where all tests would be negative!. holter monitor was negative!. so at the end of the day, therapy through reading and pharmacology is effective!. For those who only rec!. natural remedies: they are effective because they are changing things on a cellular level so why is this so different from pharmaceuticals!? There are plenty of natural remedies that are as toxic as pharmaceuticlasWww@Answer-Health@Com

I take Ativan, I've tried others, but they just didn't seem to work for me!. Talk with your doctor about the meds available for anxiety, or talk to a pharmacist, they can't prescribe them, but they can give some good advice about the different ones!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
