Answers:
you absolutely need to call!!! right now!.!.do not wait! Just start out by telling her you are having a really bad day!.!.!.!.do not let this go by!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

think about the **** you just said!.!.!. Cutting will leave scares behind just because you're down dosen't mean you have to commit suicide!. I have an uncle that commited suicide things like that destroy families his children don't know what to do they're not old he left them too soon just like my dad who died of cancer!. Suicide isn't a way out if you're so down get out and do something new meet new people and if all that dosen't help try cousling calling your caseworker isn't a bad idea do it but my god don't kill yourself think of what your family and freinds will feel like they'll be thinking of your death for there entire lives!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you need to talk to her, then call her, and just tell her why you feel the way you do!.:)

But, before you do, maybe you should think about what the word suicide really means!.
Is it really an easy way out, or is it the cowards way out!? the way out that means there will be many people grieving for you!.
Why would you want your friends and family to experience such pain, because you took the cowards way out!?

I think that you should talk to someone about why you are down, but everyone gets down from time to time, and there's no reason for anyone to commit suicide!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a social worker and i say CALL HER, that is what she is there for, and big case load or not, if you are feeling like this she will prioritise you! Tell her exactly how you feel, don't worry about explaining yourself at this stage!.!.!.just talking will help you and she will be supportive!.!.!.that is her job! good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com
