I've done that sooo many times!. I've taken a lot of prescription pills or over the counter pills but just enough not to kill me but to get attention!. After a while, people don't take your "suicide attempts" seriously and it makes you want to really hurt yourself!. So, don't even think about doing it!. Like I said, most people just dismiss it like you are just trying to get attention!. It's so sad that we have to resort to taking a bunch of pills to try to get help for depression or attention!. Last week, I sliced my wrists while my bf was sleeping and it was the last straw!. I did it just bad enough to cause a lot of bleeding but not bad enough to kill myself!. However, I was very intoxicated and had taken a lot of pills!. I could have easily cut myself too deeply and really killed myself!. He can't take it anymore and he left me!. He's been calling me and I want him back sooo bad! I wish that I'd never done that!. I am finally getting help though!. Now, I really feel suicidal!. I can't imagine life without him!. My answer is DO NOT OD ON ANYTHING! You may accidentally really kill yourself!. You will just piss off people around you!. People don't always understand depression and just tell you "Quit feeling sorry for yourself!" I hate that! Yes, I do feel sorry for myself but I seriously CANNOT HELP IT! Sadly, there is no way to know this!. Especially with paracetamol!. The toxic dose is highly variable, and even quite low doses have caused death!.
If you try to od on paracetamol, you'll not be crying for help, you'll be screaming for it!. Paracetamol overdose, like aspirin, causes possibly one of the most painful, slow deaths imaginable, and once the damage is done, there's little that can be done to undo it!.

Any dose beyond the dose on the packet is an overdose and will harm you unless you immediately seek medical help!. Paracetamol, unless treated swiftly, will cause irreversible liver damage if taken as an overdose!. It means liver failure, a liver transplant with a very prominent threat of death in the background!.

you can never tell with paracetomol as you could take a certain amount and think after a day or so your ok well your not paracetomal can take effect days later and when it does it could be to late ,they destroy your organs eg liver and i believe they can cause a very painful death and thoose who do recovery seem to suffer a lot with liver problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com
You'd die a VERY painful death!. It slowly kills your internal organs, starting with the liver!. So 2, that'll get rid of the headache you seem to have to think we'll believe you!.
