You work with a very shy, soft-spoken young woman and you've gotten her to open up a bit this year since you both have lunch at the same time!. However, despite the fact that she's opened up, she's still very quiet and shy!. You left work on pregnancy leave but got a text message from her after you left saying that it was weird not seeing you around!. Almost 2 weeks later she heard you didn't have the baby yet so she wanted to check up on you!. She wrote that she just wanted to say hi!. She never calls - just uses the text message!.
