I am 19 years old and physically fit!. I have been chronically depressed for the last six months!. My long-term relationship immediately turned into crumbles!. I started hating my job, my will and eagerness to do anything fell!. I

while you are a young adult, you should stop taking those tablets and talk to your family like your mum step by step go places with here make your friend and tell your mum what you are going through do not tell your mum every thing just some things then inshalah you will be stress free!. if that does not work, start with one or two prays a day and at the end of every pray cry to GOD to help me and direct me in the right path that will help you!. yes it is all in your heads! if you take a pill with fake acids and chemicals in it then you will have a bad reaction!. but, the depression and hurt is your fault!. just tell your self what you are happy for and be thankful for it and your life will change, don't think about how bad it isWww@Answer-Health@Com
