Question: Do you think this sounds like I have ADHD or @ least ADD!?
I'm not diagnosed with ADHD, but I have some of the symptoms!. Lots, really!. & they overlap with some Tourette's Syndrome symptoms, too!. I'm diagnosed with Tourette's!.
I'm not trying to diagnose myself, but I'm REALLY experiencing these problems!. I don't want anyone to think I'm a hypochondriac!. & I'm not!.
I also have short attention span!. I get distracted easily!. I'm very clumsy & forgetful!. A lot of times, my mind just blacks out, & I don't realize what's going on!. When I was in school/college, the professor said I never pay attention!. & I can't stay seated for long periods of time, & I also can't stay standing!. I have to alternate!. I'm very fidgety & restless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES, you have all of the symptoms, and you probably do have ADD!. I have ADD, and am bipolar too!. Talk to your doctor about some medications that can help you, its good to self diagnose sometimes, besides, you know your body better than anyone else does!Www@Answer-Health@Com
