Is it normal to be nurvous when walking down street by your self?!
Question: Is it normal to be nurvous when walking down street by your self!?
I get nervous when ever I have people walking towards me whether it be a hot guy Or even maybe a girl I might feel slightly insecure around!.
I have to have a set a keys or something in my hands, when I wear my Ipod I feel slightly better so I don't leave home with out it! Or I have to be walking talking on the phone!. I also hate going out with out a Big Purse or something!. Till maybe when i turned 17 18 there was only one person i ever looked in the eyes and that was my Boyfriend and that

I have this too and I think most people do but I was diangosed with an anxiety disorderWww@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like a mild case of social phobia or social anxiety!. People say to face your fears but I was recently put on medication for it, so I don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
