I went through a patch where I spent my life concerned what others thought of me, and continually created these scenarios inside my head of what these people were thinking about me!.
I found a out a very long time later that these people don't actually care and are all delaing with their own issues!. In a test situation over 70% are actually zoned out while they think of what to write and don't even know they are staring!.
The same is true when going to a gym: who's watching me!? Are they evaluating me!? They are laughing at me! Nope, they are doing their gym!. The cute ones may be enjoying the view as you stretch - but trust me - they are more concerned with the person watching them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There isn't a sickness, disability, or phobia for EVERYTHING!. Life is SUPPOSED to have some anxiety, struggle, and difficulty!. Focusing on the test helps in this situation!. Life is hard for everyone, in different ways -- the trick is facing your fears and doing what's necessary anyway!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not sure what you mean!.!.!. but it doesn't sound like a sickness!.!.!. maybe just a personal preference!? Or a pet peeve even!.!.!.
