I've been getting ready to move out for the first time and i've been really nervous and stressed!. Also there have been some family stresses with my father and school stresses that have been making it worse!. Thus, whenever my boyfriend wants sex i just cant get riled up anymore!. I feel to upset alot of the time and my anxiety has been worse than ever!. What can i i do to
a) deal with my anxious feelings and
b) make my sex drive better and thus my relationships

How you think about yourself defines your self-esteem!. How you see yourself defines your self-esteem!. Low self-esteem doesn't change to high self-esteem over night!. However, the acts of being good to yourself and compassionate towards yourself will help immensely!. These are acts which you may practice every day by being conscious of how you "speak" to yourself!. If you have low self-esteem, there's a good chance that you are much harder on yourself than you are on other people!.

Would you get angry with someone else for having an anxiety relapse!? Then why get angry with yourself!? Think of the words you use to comfort your friends when they relapse and give yourself the same treatment!. This is a technique you may try whenever you are having critical thoughts towards yourself!. You might not believe those comforting words at first, but time and practice will make a difference!.

The main problem with changing low self-esteem is recognition of the problem in the first place!. You might not notice that you are being critical of yourself!. You might not see the connection between your self-criticism and your anxiety!. Take some time to notice how you talk to yourself!. You might carry a small notebook with you to write down some of these thoughts!. In the same notebook, write kind, comforting words you may say to yourself when you start to beat yourself up!.

I have been suffering from Self-Esteem and Anxiety Disorders since I was a child!. You better consult with your doctor,it will get worse with the years because next step will be "Depression" and there is not cure [yet] for mental depression!.

How many times did you use the word stress!? Do you think stress might be the answer!? You can't force sexual desire! There isn't anything wrong with you, when your life gets back to normal so will your sex drive!. You just have to accept that when women are stressed, the last thing on their mind is sex! you could wait this out and see if the kinks subside on their own, or talk to your doctor!. don't think that you have a disorder just because you're stressed out!. everyone reacts differently to stress!. one thing that may help alleviate all this stress is meditation and exercise!. you need a channel of release!. sex is a release, but your anxiety is blocking your arousal!.

you need to be able to release the negative energy from your body, so you can experience arousal!. try other physical activities that you enjoy like walking, running, dance, work-outs etc!. whatever is most effective for you!. try to develop a regimen, or at least do it when you feel stress coming on!.

meditation can be as simple as sitting in a quiet place with no distractions!. concentrate on things that relax you!. then little by little, think of fewer and fewer things!. ultimately, you want to think of nothing at all!. achieve a blank space if only for a short time!.

the meditation and exercise combined will really help to relieve the tension in your body!. you'll find your body responding to pleasure again

You kno what!? Forget sex-boyfriend demands and start thinking about yorself!. Once the depression starts, then it will slowly eat your life away, jst like the other canadian dude said!.

If you put family and friends b4 u then its only a matter of time that you lose both!. In my opinion the best approach is to first accept the fact that life is going on the wrong track, then take a break <just for 2 hours> eat fatty stuff which is rich in esterone <esterone is good for girl hormones while testerone is for boys>!. For a while think that you dont have to move out and it really dosent matter!. Watch a movie or a T!.V programme, dance around and just forget everything!. If you start feeling better anytime soon then just dont rush up to do more work!. Take your time and forget about the limit of 2 hours of rest, just take watever time it takes to feel better and fresh!. Go to bed at the right time, get like 12 hours of sleep, next day wake up and give yourself till noon to completely feel like your batteries are charged!.

If anybody tries to talk to you or bothers you about any sort of work just tell them that you'll b back in bussiness in a short while!. If boyfriends wants you to b his superball whore again then either dont pick up the phone or just tell your friends and family to tell him yer sick!. If THAT dosent works then simply tell him to watch porn and have a good ****!.

After all this heavy duty relaxation without any disturbance, I guess you will eventually get bored!. Then, as you are in good mood, talk to your father with uttmost respect, treat him nicely, make something to eat for him, he'll appreciate that and you'll feel better!.

After that rest a bit more, eat something up!. Then if your boyfriend calls then I guess you'd b up for the task!.
