Sleep issues and nightmares.?!


Question: Sleep issues and nightmares!.!?
Hi, I have real difficulty getting to sleep and when I do, I have one nightmare after another!. I have been suffering from depression for 3 years, I am complying with medication, using CBT and NLP, but I can't fool myself when I am asleep and things come to the fore!. Any advice to improve matters would be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the most important is you need some one to talk to!.
have you notice everything needs an outlet a car take gas and the waist comes out the tale pipe you toss wood in a fireplace and smoke come out the top but what happens when you take a soda bottle when its been left in the sun knock around its not stable and you do not know how or when
that top will blow you need to get it out it only the natural cycle

if it's convenient with you i'll try sparkle's suggestion because it doesn't seem too much other than moving your bed to another place!. i beleive that feng shui like many of the supernatural beleifs different cultures have, may suggest unexplainable ways of doing things that our science can't yet explain!.

I don't usually have nightmares but i do have sleep troubles like i often sleep walk and it embarass me to my 16 year old room mate!. I am already 25!. the worst thing that happened to me was when i sleep walk outside the room and didn't know what happened!. i normally wake up in the middle of the sleep walk, but recently i hadn't woke up in my sleep walk!. so i just blocked my path with the sofa so in case i'd sleep walk again i won't go far frommy bed!.

it worked pretty fine because i still remember sleep walking, but with the sofa in the way, i didn't go that far!. i noticed that i always do sleep walk when i am very tired and have problems concerning different things like money, etc!.

Sometimes medication can cause nightmares or really weird vivid dreams!. Im on anti depressants and so is my mum and it causes us to have the weirdest dreams!. You could ask your doctor if your medication could be to blame!. Also, this may sound really stupid, but move your bed!. It is believed that there are certain lines that run through the earth, and if you sleep at a weird angle to these lines, then you can have really bad nightmares!. My mum moved her bed, and she started having really bad nightmares, she then moved it back to where it was, and the nightmares stopped straight away!. Research into Feng Shui and all that, try and move all the things in your room around to promote good karma, and see if that works!. Also try not to have a mirror facing your bed cuz that causes bad karma!. It may sound crazy but just try it!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try and do some exercise to make yourself feel good, go for a long walk before bedtime and stay away from alcohol, which is a depressant!.

Try yoga, good for de-stressing and take care of yourself!.
