Abilify is used for depression, schizophrenia, and possibly schzo-effective disorders, as well as bipolar!. My questions would be how do you know you are not Bi-Polar, and what is your primary diagnosis!?

I use to be a supervisor in a nursing home before for three years!. They opened up a wing where the bipolar and other people who have some mental disorder are housed!. They get daily rounds of meds to get their moods and mental state in an acceptable order!. I notice that in some way, they slowly but steadily deteriorate until we have to send them to another healt care facility who can better handle them!. What im trying to say here is if theres nothing wrong with you, then why take meds that will latter mess you up!. People are use to popping up a pill for even slightest pain!. Soon they find that one pill is not enough to take the pain anymore, so they pop up more and more pills and find themselves addicted to pain pill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know abilify is prescribed for other conditions besides bipolar disorder!. If I'm not mistaken it's actually an antipsychotic!. All I know for sure is that it didn't work for me!.

If you take abilify without a true need for it most that would probably happen is unwanted side effects!. If you don't want to take it then don't!. No one is forcing you to take the medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
