what should i do to just calm down and get it done!?
because right now when i freak out and stress its almost like i try to ignore that i have work!.!.and never get anything done

Get organized!. Make a list of tasks & assignments!. After that, prioritize!. Decide what is urgent and what is most important!. Make a new list, beginning with the most important and/or urgent tasks/assignments!. Set daily and realistic goals!. Get started! Have you ever been tested for ADHD!? Common symptoms of ADD/ADHD are procrastination, disorganization and anxiety, so it's at least worth looking in to!. Medication is not always the answer if you do have ADHD - you can do a lot with planners, coaches and such - but it often helps to know what you're up against!.

I had the same problem, I always tried to get out of doing work but then I realised I really needed to get it done, so eventually I finished it all off over a weekend and I felt much better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
