How do I change my lazy attitude?!

Question: How do I change my lazy attitude!?
Answers:
Understand that you choose to be lazy, and to a certain extent, that's okay!. More people could do with being laid-back!. Where it differs is when you use procrastination to avoid doing something, or looking at something in your life and changing it!. Or avoiding a certain feeling or emotion!. In that case, look at WHY you do it!.

Then find what motivates you and go for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
