Question: How do you fight depression and live your life without medicine and therapy!?
Answers:
Here's a couple of things that helped me: eat well balanced meals (no more junk food), get out in the sun as much as possible, keep a journal, meditate, exercise (yoga or walking are good choices)!. There should be resources out there that can help you!. Your community may have publicly-funded mental health centers or programs that charge you according to what you can afford to pay!. Some mental health professionals in private practice also work on a sliding-fee basis!. Please look in to it and Good Luck!! : )

You're Welcome Chloe!. I still have my ups and downs but at least now I am able to live me life!. I'm no longer living in constant fear or severe anxiety!. My mom was my rock and she really helped me through it all!. I'm a single mom so didn't have a lot of money to spend on medication and therapy but I did do all of what I listed and also looked into some resources that really helped me out a lot!. The answer is: establish a good relationship with God!. Recognise that Jesus is our Savior try to feel the Holy Spirit inside you and you will feel peace of mind!. I suggest you to go to a christian church and talk freely with the pastor, meanwhile take your medication and wait until you feel well enough and your doctor takes away it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a CD with Happy Music, funny music, just listen to it or even better dance to it, but do it as a free dance with funny movements make them as stupid as possible
