Stress? MS? Simple Vertigo??? HELP ME!!!?!

Question: Stress!? MS!? Simple Vertigo!?!?!? HELP ME!!!!?
*Mid summer (last year) i smoked weed around once a day every day for around 3 months!.
*I stopped cold turkey bc I had terrible panic attacks!.
*Even though I stopped smoking marijuana, the panic attacks slowly became worse!.
*The attacks gradually became worse until my last one in the middle of class (where i went to the bathroom to go wait it out)!.
*After that attack, i felt out of my body (some call it depersonalization or derealization) for 2 months!.
* I 'THINK' I'm getting better but I don't remember what its like to feel normal anymore and whenever i ask myself if something seems real or if its still the DP/DR, I get stressed out/depressed!.
*my hands shake sometimes
*sometimes i feel tingling sensations randomly in my arms/face
*I'm tired almost all the time (possible 'fatigue'!?)
*I've gone to the therapist and he prescribed me Prozac but i HATED it
*I've gotten an MRI and it came back perfectly normal!.
*I'm currently unemployed and undecided about school or the US Airforce
HELP!:(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I have whats called a panic disorder!. I used to smoke a lot of weed and then I stopped because it made my panic attacks a lot worse as well!. If you had an MRI and it came back normal, I wouldn't say that there is anything wrong with you!.

Having panic attacks can sometimes convince you of things that are happening to you, that are in fact not true at all, you get a feeling like there must be something wrong and that its not panic attacks!.

As for the hands shaking you could have tremor!. I have it!. It not a big issue!.

I also get a tingling sensation all over my body sometimes, Nothing has come from that!. I think that you are just over thinking whats going on!.

like you said you don't know what its like to feel 'normal' and nor do I!. Its really hard living like it, but roll with the punches!.

I suggest seeing a desensitization therapist!. Its not like a normal "how are you feeling" therapist its more of a "how to deal with a panic attack"

Just try and calm yourself down when you feel a panic attack approaching!. Look up some breathing exercises on the Internet, they usually help me when I feel like I'm going to have one, they are really terrifying but you can get help!

Try to stop convincing yourself of possible things that could be wrong and just focus on the 'now' and try and get through it!. No one has ever died of a panic attack, you will get through it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
