Can depression pass on its own?!

Question: Can depression pass on its own!?
can it!? I don't want to tell my mom or get help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, it won't, it is a chemical imbalance and it is not your fault!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get help, it's hard for it to go on completely on it's own!.

I did that, I was afraid to get help, and even more to worry those around me who already have enough trouble how it is!. What I did is hide it, the thing is that you feel like two layers of emotion, the outer one which varies, and the inner one which is still depressed!.

It sucks, get help it's the best you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. If it's something to due with, say, a recent bad grade, or breakup with a boyfriend!. It will go away!.

However, if it's Clinical Depression, it will not go away, unless you seek therapy, medication, or a combination of both!.

Clinical Depression is a chemical inbalance in the brain; from a lack of serotonin!. There are, however, medications that can boost the levels!. Also, exercise makes these increase naturally, as well as raising endorfins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically, you can get through it on your own but not everyone can and depression can get dangerous as people who suffer from it often become suicidal!. If you're mildly depressed you may just work your way through it but if you're having suicidal thoughts or just having difficulty making it through the day, there is no shame in seeking help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not just going to disappear!. Your depression is rooted in something!. You're going to have to change something to make that depression go away!.

Depending on what you're dealing with you may or may not need to get professional help!. The first step would have to be figuring out what is causing your depression!. If you can't figure it out and fix it on your own, then get help!. If it's really serious and disrupting your life, then get help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In addition to these minor annoyances, many women experience a mild depression (post partum despression)!. They become overly sensitive, irritable, and may cry without any apparent reason!. This kind of unexpected despair has not always been taken as seriously as it should!.

Many people speak jokingly of "the baby blues!." However, there is nothing funny about it!. The physical strain of giving birth together with the demands of the new role as mother may, for a while, seem to overwhelm a woman who suddenly feels that she is unprepared for the task!. After all, whether recognized or not, becoming a parent is a genuine crisis in everyone's life!. Still, like any other crisis, it carries great possibilities for growth!. In this situation, a woman can be helped a great deal by her family, and particularly by the baby's father!. It is another of those occasions when mutual understanding between man and woman is invaluable!.
This is a recipe that I came up with for myself, feel free to experiment with the ingredients, the possibilities seem endless!. Or is it the end seems possible!.

Dear one, depression CAN pass on its own, but if it becomes a pattern, you need to be aware of it and get some help!. The tough part about depression is that when you are in the midst of it your thoughts are not your own!. You can go into a severe downward spiral that distorts the reality of your life and puts an extremely negative spin on things that on other days can seem totally workable!. Be VERY careful about this!. I suggest you talk to the parent you feel closest to and tell them that you are in a depression!. This might help you talk about it and give them the opportunity to monitor you carefully!. Take care, my dear!. Be careful handling something this big on your own!. Talk to SOMEONE!. I'm worried about you!. Be well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
