How do i get help for alcohol rehab?!

I'm a recovered alcoholic who went into rehab in Luton in November 2006, I haven't touched a drop since!.

This site will give you some ideas in your area, detox is usually carried out at the centre, not in a hospital!.

You can look online for rehabs in your area!. Also see what your insurence covers!. They would more then likely want you to see a doctor first!. For alchol some people need to go through detox first!. That would be in a hospital!. You should be proud of yourself for wanting the help!.
