Question: Stress reduction tips!?
I do tai chi, I do meditation but still I am very stressed throughout the day, when i am in meditation i am fine, when i am doing tai chi i am fine!.!.!.but when i get back to my day I just end up getting all stressed out all over again!.!.!.any tips!? I am not depressed or anything, I just have alot going on right now!.!.!.!.impending divorce, and loss of a family member, and a move, and changing jobs, oh and 8 months ago i got married lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do some deep breathing, go for walks!. Take a bubble bath!. The stress you are under takes a while to come down!. Limit how much you take on now!. Give yourself a break during this time!. In a little while you will start to feel better, but you have to give it time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
