I have a friend who had that same belief!. He became manic and hypnotised himself into thinking that only 1-2 hours of sleep was enough!. During his manic stages he was Uber alert as in he could multitask beyond anything normal!. (carry on a full conversation, do college level math homework and he would be paying attention to thinks like the reflections in windows to know what was going on behind him all at the same time!. But then he would crash and for like 2 months he wouldn't even speak!. And that all started from him deciding not to sleep!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude i feel you, but you gotta realize its not a waste!. Think about how sophisticated our bodies are though, our brain, body cells, EVERYTHING SINGLE THING IN US! It need time to relax and rest!. It cant go forever without a recharge!. Our brain needs time to process the day's events!. So relax a little, and let your body rest
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
