Please do yourself a big favor and just tell her straight up because then you really don't have to worry about whether or not she'll find out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to tell your doctor if you have been feeling low!.!.!.otherwise it could get worse and who knows where that could lead!.
Its unlikely you will be stopped from exercising because exercise actually helps you to feel better about yourself and can help combat depression! But you need to make sure you are eating enough to stop yourself from losing weight again!.!.!.especially B vitamins which are important for your mood!.
If you feel unable to do this, then go to your doctor anyway!. He may be able to prescribe you anti-depressants and/or help you further!.
Remember, the longer you live with an eating disorder, the worse the depression becomes!.!.!.simply because your brain isn't getting enough of the nutrients it needs to function properly!. But I am sure you already know this!

Please don't feel scared! Its important!.!.!.!.Good luck!! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you aren't honsest, then it's hard to receive the help needed!. I would be forthright and honest!. I'm an addict, which in a way is similar to anorexia!. For me my using drugs or alcohol is but a symptom of the problem!. In the past I've used depression as an excuse to use!. Naturally, given the nature of the disease of anorexia or addiction, we are going to be depressed at times!. The important thing is to find quality ways to treat the depression without turning towards what is killing us, for me drugs and alcohol, for you starving yourself!. Let your doctor know or talk with someone about this!. If you don't it may get worse!. For me, getting outside myself and finding others to talk to is helpful!. Life is about quality not quanitity!. If I'm finding myself sitting around depressed for long periods of time and not at least trying to do something constructive about it, then I find that I'm not really getting quality out of my time!. Depression is not quality time spent!. I'm sure a doctor or counselor can help you to get out of the funk, or at least guide you in the right direction!. Good luck and God Bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree, tell her!. But also tell her about your concerns regarding her taking away your physical activities!. She needs to know the whole truth to fully help you!. Besides, anti-depressants can actually help you gain weight so this may be a moot point anyway!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
