Answers:
Yes!.
I quit drinking for a year in the past, because I decided that my drinking was getting 'out of hand'!.
Now I regulate drinking quite nicely!.

However, you may not be as able to control yourself!.
If you can't do it alone, get therapy or join Alcoholics Anonymous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For majority of people learning to control quantity consumed is possible and what happens!.

Sooner you learn to control quantity, sooner you can actually enjoy an occasional drink!.

Many people find this difficult!.

If you can restrict yourself to only occasionally having a drink good!.

If you can restrict yourself to only having one drink, sipping it, rather than pouring it down your throat, then you may be one of the lucky ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
