I can imagine the feeling!. :)

Take some time out of each day and do something that you enjoy; whether it be listening to a favorite CD without looking at books or whatnot; taking a bubble bath; surfing a favorite website, etc!. Perhaps take up meditation or yoga!.

You can also try some muscle relaxation exercises (tense each muscle one at a time and then completely relax it, letting yourself go limp) and deep breathing when you're feeling really overwhelmed!. This especially helps just before a big test!.

And last but not least, be sure to get plenty of rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
