Well, I've learned to try and find the good in each moment!. It really helps!.
I was very very sick with cancer and having to be taken care of by family members when my son was only a newborn last year!. Some times I didn't have the strength to hold him!.
I found my peace in the moments I could hold him, or laugh with him, or touch him or watch him do funny things like find his hands, or kick his feet for the first time!.

I wish I could live like this always - but it's so hard to do!. Living in the moment takes great strength and great persistance, but if you do it just a little, you will feel better!.

Go sit by a stream and loose yourself in the sound of the water!. Go watch a sunset on the beach or over a mountain!.
Take a walk in the rain!. Use your senses to find a peaceful moment in the day!.
You will feel better, I promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i definitely feel you on that one!. it is very hard to find the bright side of a bad situation!. but life is always going to be what you make of it!. i know that sounds pretty cliche, but it's true!. you have to find the good even in the bad situations!. a lot of times, when we decide to laugh, even if it is momentarily in between the tears, we tend to speed up the low points!. life is always going to have it's up and downs!. that is never going to change!. you have to find a way to make even the low points bearable!. the next time you are feeling down or having a major crisis, take the time to enjoy the simpler things in life ( the beach, a sunset, a rainbow, a walk in the park, a bubble bath or writing in a journal), still take a moment or two to indulge in a hearty laugh or a good chuckle, and remember to still enjoy the moment good or bad!. you only get one shot at life (the good parts and the bad) you mine as well make the best out of all of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Learn to take pleasure in the "small" things, A sunset, a child's smile, the wind blowing, the smell of fresh cot grass!. There is so much more if you just look for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
