How do I get in touch with myself again?!


Question: How do I get in touch with myself again!?
I find it hard to describe the way I feel these days!. Its almost like my body has shut down my emotions in some sort of way as self protection!. I used to be like really really depressed, I would cry alot for long periods!. I would get angry too, like angry enough to start destroying things around the house or yell at people for no good reasons!. I would not feel any joy or happiness for weeks!. Not even for a minute!. There were reasons for this though!.

However now that im over that I feel like frustuated, I dont get over happy or over angry!. My emotions now seem like they are shut down!. I want to FEEL something!. Is anything the matter with me or am I finally becoming stable!? Am I overworrying!? Did I become addict of strong emotions!?

by the way, just before I was starting to get depressed I was very happy, very very happy!. I felt love for the first time and I loved it!. It was the most amazing thing ever, however things did not work out and that was main cause of break down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are >exactly< like me!. I mean it!. I just felt like I read something I would post!. Anyways, I wonder!.!.!.perhaps people like us need time alone from everyone else!.!.!.away from friends and family!.!.!.to self-reflect!. The problem with me is I get frustrated by all the things I have to do to maintain myselt into this mold of a society with all its rules and constrictions on what you are to be and what you are supposed to do with your life!. Sometimes I just wanna get away from it all!. Are you a daydreamer!? Because maybe finding love again is what we both need!. I know I can find people and easily like them!. It's a matter of whether they like me back!. But I know I have trouble opening up and trusting people cause lately, they turn out to not me very good people!.!.!.or if they are, I can't believe it to be true!.!.!.so I push people away!. Well, I just keep waiting for something amazing to happen in life!.!.!.waiting for each day!.!.!.and that's how I live my life!.!.thinking it must get better and I should love life!.!.!.But I understand how you feel!. It can be very hard to live a 'stable' life completely!. I think that emotion controls all of us!. It's human nature!. I know that a lot of us love the emotions or love the drama!. Therefore, when you try to push it all away from you, it seems kinda lonely, empty!.!.!.and like you said, your brain tries to shut itself off and represses things!.!.!.in self defense!.!.!.I think the main reason to all of this is that we are all social creatures and this is how we react to our social conditions and/or restrictions!. I have always wondered what that meant, but here is what I do when life is a mess and not sure what I should do next!.
Get rid of what you don't need in your life and start decluttering it get rid of emotional and physical rubbish that you don't need!.
Excercise will give you time to yourself and time to think it will also make you feel good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think i have the exact same problem until like, a few days ago!. then i did something very very wrong that i felt this strong guilt crashing over me!. guilt made me realize that i cared for something other than myself!. so i guess you could try caring about something other than yourself!. the feeling of care could get you to be in touch with yourself again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just relax and flow with whatever comes your way, you shouldn't be examining your thoughts or feelings like that!. Ever seen that cheesy movie "the secret" It's right when it tells you to relax and flow with the universe, if you do that you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyday, wake up n dont think bout nething that happend!. it hapend its done with why worry or getsad!.

try to meditate!. close your eyes sit on a floor in a quiet room and focus on ur body n ur lungs your heart beat and think about someone or something that makes u feel happy!.
think about how u use to be, what made u happy n do it,
be how u want to be do what you want to this life is everyones to live!. u make ur life up no1 else u can be whoever u want to be!.
How do u think really rich people get rich or why bums r bums!. life is hard everyone can slack off but if ur livin it, why not to the fullest!. do little deeds for people ul feel better bout urself!. n peopel will love you n want to be around you!.
you can move to any place in the world n theirs a boy there!. start anew if things didnt work out, think of a lesson u learnt!. N move on!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be very, very kind to yourself!. Treat yourself like you would treat your best friend - because you are worth it!

I don't think anything is the matter with you - you are going through a hard time right now, and that is explanation enough!.

Please go get help (or at least, talk to a professional) and ask if you need to be on meds!. If the answer is yes, then please do so!. This is NOT a good time to be self diagnosing yourself, so listen to the professional!.

I'm sorry things didn't work out, but you know what that means, don't you!? That maybe it happened so you will have room in your heart/life for the person you should be with, and not trapped with someone who doesn't want to be there!.

Here are some good ideas:
1!. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming!.
2!. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State!.
3!. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
