I'm 16...i desire to reduce my sleeping hours?!


Question: I'm 16!.!.!.i desire to reduce my sleeping hours!?
since i hav got a lot of things to do!.!.!.so shall sleep for 5 hours daily!?!.!.please tell me friends!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

5 hour should be sufficient!. All the matters is that you go to bed around the same time and wake up around the same time, this will make you feel energized all the time to do your daunting tasks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 13 and i generally get between 2-5 hours sleep, but i can go nearly a week without!. i find that caffineted products are a bad idea, they can keep you awake but after that wears off ytou willl feel really tired and the side effects are not always good!. if i were you i would consider just general things like eating healthily, and plently of exercise, you may get tired after exersice, but if it is just a little bit it will actually help you feel more awake as well as happy :), just half an hour of walking might help, also why would you want to sleep less, i find it annoying, i cant sleep, where as i would much rather get a full nights sleep with loads of energy for the day ahead

anyway, good luck if you are going to try and get less sleep, but try and do it gradually, and your body might get more used to itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i am 22, and i have just had my second son, he is now 16 weeks old!.

When he was first born, i stayed up all night as i was scared he would stop breathing, i also have a 3 yr old, so once he awoke at 6am, there was no way i could go too sleep lol!
Anyway i felt great for a week, then it hit me, i felt exhausted, so i began sleeping in the day, when my husband was up for say 5 hours!.
Let me tell you, it is no good! I became ill, depressed you name it
Do you know a bloke actually died through lack of sleep no joke! Google it, he was playing oin his playstation or summat!

It really does you no good! Try sleeping 8 hrs!. Say 11pm till 7am, set your alarm and get out of bed as soon as it goes off, And get in too a routine,
My son is now 16 weeks and i am getting less then 6 hrs, i still feel rough lol!.

I'm 16 and i get about 8-10 hours sleep!.
normally i sleep between 1-3am til 7-11am
but people these days are always in a rush, just stop and take a breather, think about what your doing and organise yourself!. There are problly loads of things you DON'T NEED to do!. just dont do them and focus on what you DO NEED!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need at elast 8 hours daily in order for your brain and body to be able to cope, this is an average though and so if you are lucky u may be able to cope with less, maybe try it during a holiday or something and find out if you can stay awake during the day!.!.xWww@Answer-Health@Com
