Having a Very bad day...?!


Question: Having a Very bad day!.!.!.!?
Alrighty, incase anyone doesnt know, by my previous questions, i've got a problem with self injury, I know to most normal people, this is kinda sick and twisted, but the fact is, that for ppl like me it's a way of living, of being alive, and being able to live at least that's how I feel about it!.
Anyways I've been having a terrible time with it today, already done it once, but feel like just doing it untill i cant any more, does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop feeling this way at least for the rest of today, because I always regret having done it, and I know i'll regret what i've done already today, but I know if i dont figure something out, there'll be more!.
So any and all suggestions, and pls dont say go to a dr, because it's 5:30 and no dr offices are open, and i cant afford an emergency room visit, as my ins!. doesn't cover it unless it's life threatening!.

hey hun!. first just breathe!. lots and lots of breathing!. cry!. scream!. run!. punch something!. anything you can do to help!. someone told me ice cubes help!. elastics around your wrist too!. sweetie call a best friend of yours that knows, or tell them when you call them!. talk to them and have them distract you!. it helps! my best friend did that with me, she got me to laugh so much the feeling vanished!. trust me hun if you can avoid this urge it will benefit you so much!. i believe in you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jump of a cliffe, sky dive, power sailing, spelunking, scuba diving,, surfing, do someyhing which is actuaslly dangeroyus, as opposed tio creating danger for yourself, and crying to us, whil you ignore our efforts to twist your head around!. Why are you so unafraid of pain and injury, but too lazy to actually do something!? Doing nothing is one of the problems, you are having!. probabl;y have to much meds also!.

I also work for the health care profession and this is life threatening, and even if your insurance doesnt cover it, there are hospital charity funds at every hospital to help people cover unexpected bills that they cant handle
go to the hospital - the fact that you have a problem as a cutter tells me you should be in the hospital and getting help and on medication
you need to go to the hospital now,, there realy isnt any help we can give you because you need to talk to some one that is trained in this, and you need to get on some medicationWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im in the health profession and this is life threatening!.!. when you cut your self you are cutting precious veins and capillaries and maybe an artery and if this happens you will be dead in minutes!.!.!. so this is life threatening!.!. I say go to the hospital!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How to Cope With Self Injury
This is the most important step!. Talk to a counselor or therapist, or doctor!. They can help more than you think, and don't worry, you won't be embarrassed by talking to them!.
Have fun!. Go out with a friend to a movie, or go out to lunch!.
Make a list of all of the reasons why you tried to injure yourself!. Then put them away for two weeks!. Read them again later, and see if those reasons make sense to cause you to hurt yourself!.
Make a list of all the people who would be sad if you died!. Then think about whether it would be worth it to hurt yourself!.
Relax!. Slow down at work or school!. Take some time to really discover yourself!.
Search around for something you are good at, and stick with it!.

Always have at least one person that you can talk to when you are feeling down!.

I have had this problem in the past,and the way I have gotten thru it was doing something for meeee and only meeeee!. Like playing the piano,doing something artistic,(for myself,or someone that I'm very close to) It will pass, just remember that you to are just as special as the next guy, You just have to look at yourself a little closer when your down!. Nobody can really know what what you need, but you do !!!!! You just have to take care of yourself, and what makes you feel good, special music, in which I love to listen to, while I'll fuss with my house plants,that don't tell me me how they are feeling, you just have to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm!.!.!.you are trying to hurt yourself!. I would certainly consider that life threatening!. Go to the ER!.

And after that, you DO need to seek professional counseling!. This is not normal behaviour, and it will escalate!. Your insurance, I am sure, covers mental health treatment!. And there is no shame in seeking out mental health treatment when you know you are ailing!. And you obviously know you are ailing!.

PLEASE get the help you need!. I am sure there is something in the back of your mind triggering this need for self destruction!. And if you don't treat it now, it will only get worse!.
