Answers:
Thats actually the very best thing you could do!!
It certainly will not make you look silly, not in the slightest, with an important discussion such as this one its important that you make sure that you get across all of the points you need to make, even more so because you came away from the last appt feeling that you had not remembered all the things you wanted to say!.
I always do this when its important to get everything across!. Its easy to forget things you wanted to ask / symptoms you want to mention, in a situation like this, because with each thing you mention the Dr may give you an explanation and so its easy to get lost in that, and forget all the things you want to say!.
I promise you, its the absolute opposite of silly, its a really sensible thing to do
Good Luck at your appointment, i hope it goes well and you get it all sorted out!.
Take care

No, that's a brilliant idea!. Do it at a calm time when your mind is empty and you can't get distracted!.
Make sure you include all your symptoms and what's wrong, every single detail is important for a diagnosis!.
The doctor won't think you look silly, he or she will probably be severely grateful for you using your initiative!.

Good luck with your appointment xWww@Answer-Health@Com

of course you can!. your doctor, will have seen patients before, who felt more comfortable writing their feelings/symptoms down!. The doctor needs to know how you feel if she/he is going to help you!. i hope you get your feelings down on paper and i hope you get over your depression!.
good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, not silly at all! My mom is a therapist, and her clients sometimes don't talk to her at all, but write her notes! But be sure to write EVERYTHING you are feeling!. Your doctor can't help you if he/she doesn't know how you are feeling!.

Good luck and take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your doctor is there to help you and if that means you having a list then I can't see him thinking you stupid at all!.!.!.on the contrary he will think it extremely sensible of you to go prepared as it will save both of you precious time!. if you can, explain to him briefly why you have wrote a list!.Good luck!.xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Writing particular moments when you felt low, any particular events that made you feel low, or empty or numb!.

Anything so long as helps identify the problem, get to the root of it!.

Good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

fantastic idea!! If you can do this, get the help you need, you will be back on track sooner than normally possible!.
You're aware you have something that needs sorting out, you're already half way there, best of luck and let us know how you get on!. X!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
