I find taliking to inanimate objects really helps, I have a plastic cup with a smile on his face he keeps me sane Hes called Jiffy, he's my bestest friend!.!.!. I'm had a mental illness for 5 years now, I not ready to talk to really people yet, if I did i would get paranoid and try a eat their skin whilst singing the 'British' national anthemWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think as soon as you start feeling any kind of stress, nip it in the bud!. Recognize the stress and do what you can to help yourself feel better!. Stress can build and we may not always be fully aware of this happening!. If you have to be around crazy people, realize they are crazy and don't let them get to you!. Ever been out of your senses!? Not by being drunk but just!.!.!.out of them, like acting crazy or trying to stop yourself from doing bad things!? Here is how to keep yourself within your limits!.

/ Steps/
Try to distract yourself to something more pleasant!.
Pull away from any encouragement!.
Remind yourself of how it could harm you!.
If you really are going to be out of your senses, write yourself a note not to do anything wrong!. This may help!.
It may seem silly but tell others you may be doing crazy things!.
/Tips/
To calm down, drink cold water!.
If you see someone else in the same condition as you, it will only encourage you unless you are sane enough at that point!. It is good to help but first make sure you are sane!.

You can apply some lavender oil to relax and de-stress your nerves!. Just one drop near your lobes does wonders!.
? Avoid high caffeine drinks as they stimulate your system and pile on more stress instead of relaxation!.
? Add a dash of lemon in green tea to relax your nerves!.!.
? Try all simple remedies before taking any anti-stress pills!. It
