I can't say with absolute certainty, but it does sound to me like it could be symptoms of a mixed episode!. Sometimes I get racing thoughts and there are just so many of them and it's like they crash into each other and none of them make sense because I can't follow it from start to finish!.

Are you on a new med or a higher dose of something!? That too could be the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A mixed episode of bipolar refers to simultaneously having symptoms of depression concurrent with symptoms of mania!. What you are describing sounds a little more schizoaffective!. Schizoaffective is bipolar features and schizophrenia features!. Many people diagnosed with bipolar are actually schizoaffective!. Still sounds schizoaffective!. Many people diagnosed depressed are really bipolar because bipolars usually only seek help when depressed and hypomania is difficult for a lay person to describe accurately!. Most diagnoses overlap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you just need some sleep sometimes when i don't get much sleep i say stuff that don't make sense!. or maybe you have depression like when you start having all these weird emotions all of a sudden anger guilt confusion those are some symptoms to itWww@Answer-Health@Com
