Question: Stress - How do you cope!?
How do you deal with stress that affects you physically and mentally!? What are your personal ways of coping!? Any other suggestions are welcome, too!. Thanks in advance!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is easy, I'm a total stress case!.

To chill, I exercise, I take lots of deep breaths, I go out to dinner with friends, I journal, I take a nap, I dance, I pray!.

Most of all I realize that 99% of the things we stress about simply do not matter!. I mean, at all!. Perspective is a beautiful thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I get really angry, I open the cutouts on my GT and drive around town with open headers!. It's nice to see people hit the deck when I drive by, nice and SLOW!.

Other than that, I'll usually bottle stress up and then blow up when nobody is looking!. It's probably not healthy, and it doesn't really release all stress, but it's like a quick little valve that opens up when I need it to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep your life in day tight compartments!. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow never comes!. Do your best, have fun every day and also smell the roses!. That way your pasts become beautiful and your future successful Try it!. Nothing ventured nothing gained Have a great adventure!. !!

Exercise!. Stretch!. Do something creative: paint, write, sing, dance!. Take a really hot bath with some lavender bath oil!. Take a walk and listen to your favorite music!. Talk to your friends and listen to their troubles!. Write a gratitude list!. Go get a massage, a pedicure, a manicure!. Journal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yoga, walking, indulging in a fancy tea, meditating, zoning out surfing on the internet for short periods, taking a bath, going to the chiropractor, smiling, relaxed breathing, B-vitamin complex daily with high folic acid, reading a good book, playing computer games for a set timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

A glass of wine (only one!)
Anything that takes your mind off of your stress (TV, Internet, Music, Art,)
Exercise (Just take a walk)
Get a dog, they are wonderful stress reducers!.

I make sure I am getting good sleep and eating well!. I go for walks outside and enjoy the fresh air!. I hug my son!. I drink a cup of hot tea and read a good book!. I read the funnies in the paper!. I rant to my good friend!. I help someone else whose needs are greater than mine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just have to walk away!. I go to the college and go swimming so that my mind is elsewhere and I do that just about every day!. Physically the stress is on my left knee so the swimming helps with that part of it too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I Paint, Paint What You're Mad/Stressed About Then When It's Finished!. You Can Look At It And See How Pretty It Is!.

I work out when I get really stressed!. If I am too exhausted to work out I will take a shower or lay down and watch a mindless tv show or movie to escape reality for a bit!. deep breaths and a big glass of water also help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to take a warm bath and listen to music!. The pressures of the day melt away doing that!. I also put a movie in when I feel stressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
