Stressing way too much!?!


Question: Stressing way too much!!?
i am the type that worries about EVERYTHING!.
if my car will break down, when it will need maintenance, when i will have to buy a new one, if i dont keep it clean enough im afraid it will wear out!.!.!. i stress about work, if i will ever find a better job, if i will ever make more money!.!.!.!. my apartment is always a mess and my boyfriend and i cant seem to keep it clean so i stress about that too!.!.!.!.everyday when i arrive to work, i wonder if i will be in trouble with my boss, if something will go wrong, if i did something wrong the day before!. i stress about what if one day i get pregnant!? will i work!? will i afford it!? am i healthy enough!? i think about all these things constantly!.!.!.!.

my question is, how can i STOP stressing so MUCH and over thinking everything, esp things i cant control!. does anyone else stress this much about things like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, seriously, do things that will make u relax!.
like for example: if ur in your car in the middle of a horrible traffic or your car breaks down, take a ipod with u or some sort of device that will play ur favorite music when u feel stressed and once u hear it, it will relax u and make u feel better to make good decisions about such problems!. also, if u get home and its a mess, before cleaning up, throw ur clothes and shoes in the bedroom floor (pick it up later) and say it out loud, once u do this, go straight to the bathroom and take a bath with candles and music, or something that will relax u, and then take ur time to do what u want!. clean with music!. or if u dont like music, u can draw, write, read, etc!. whatever makes u happy first and then do the hard duties that worry u for last!. remember, while doing your duties make sure u involve something fun at the same time: sing, dance, listen to music, drink a hot cocoa, whatever that makes u worry, make it fun, and then by the time u know it, it will all be a good thing, not a stressful thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get organized!.

You have a Yahoo account, you can use the calendar function to post reminders!. You put the appointment on the day it's scheduled, and it will email you reminders!.

Your car should have a service manual to tell you when maintenance should be done!.
Use lists!. To-do lists, grocery lists, etc!.
Make a weekly chore chart for you and your boyfriend to follow!.
Make a to-do list for work, with the high-priority things on the top!. Communicate with the boss with email!. That way if you have to prove you sent him an update, you have proof and it is date-stamped!.
You and your boyfriend should talk about when and IF you have kids!.
You need contingency plans!. Worried you might lose your keys!? Have a spare set made!. Things like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
