Question: Good way to keep stress down while in college!?
When I have a full schedule, I start freaking out because I feel overloaded with work!. Anything I can do to help ease my nerves!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep your room clean, the messier it is the more overwhelmed you will feel, keep some fresh flowers in your room at all times, it's clinically shown that it boosts a vitamin in your body to make you feel good, keep your curtains open to let the light in aswell, the vitamin e will naturally wake you up, and relaxing you!. Also make sure you make time for YOU!. It's one of the most important thing, andything would help, get a manicure once a week, take a ten minute walk, meditate for ten minutes a day, read an exciting book!. you're probably thinking you don't have time, but even a ten minute walk outside will naturally release the toxins that stress is causing, and meditation for just ten minutes really does work wonder!. don't forget to eat right, you'll be amazied how great you'll fell when you cut out things like poptarts, fries, tacos!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.include lots of fresh produce and lots of water, you really will feel amazing

i've had the same prob!. If you can make it through, you will eventually get used to it!. If not, it may be wise to lighten up your load or work less hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
