I'm losing my mind... I don't know what to do...?!

Question: I'm losing my mind!.!.!. I don't know what to do!.!.!.!?
Earlier this year, I reached out to a teacher in the midst of an emotional crisis!. She offered to be supportive and listen if I needed someone to talk to, and also offered to use her resources to obtain professional counselling with a psychiatrist!. Classes are now over, but she asked that I keep her informed of how things were going with regards to this appointment with the psychiatrist!.!.!. when I e-mailed her, I received a reply from her that required I write back, however since then I have yet to receive anything back!. I thought maybe she didn't believe that it needed a reply, so I sent a new e-mail containing a question to her, to ensure a reply!.!.!. and still nothing!.!.!. I'm going out of my mind not getting a reply, and I don't know what to do!? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!.!.!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am not understanding why it is necessary for her to reply back to you!. You are done with the class so why do you need her help!? There could be NUMEROUS reasons why she doesn't reply!. She could simply be on vacation or away from her computer, so she hasn't received it!. She could have read it, planned on writing a reply later, and forgotten about it!. She could have been really busy and overwhelmed with other emails so she didn't have time to reply!. She could have realized that you are all better and don't need her help!. Maybe she is having a crisis or her own and doesn't have time to reply!.

I hope your emotional crisis is resolved! If you still need some help, continue to see your psychiatrist!. If you don't like your psychiatrist, look into find a new one!. Also, maybe you could go to the library and get some good self-help books!. I LOVE them!. I go to the library often to read books on optimism!. They help me so much!!

Don't freak out if she doesn't reply!. I sometimes do that too!. The other day I sent a happy birthday email to my friend, and she didn't reply at all!. I freaked out!. "Omg does she hate me!?!?" Lol, but the other day I IMed her and she said "Thanks for the bday messages!." I think a lot of people read emails and don't reply right away or they forget to reply!. People are busy, it is nothing personal!!

Also, go to a school counselor if you want a professional to talk to!. They are FREE so it is great! Maybe you could also ask the counselor about your teacher not replying!.!.!.!.Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

She could be working a second job and not have time
She could be on holiday
She could have a broken PC/Modem/ unpaid internet bill and have been cut off
She may be concerned that you are becoming over reliant on her and she doesnt have the skills to assist further
She could have been directed by her boss to cut ties
she could have etc etc etc
Its not the end of the world not having a reply there could be heaps of reasons try not to stress and see what happensWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need her for the counselling resources!?!? or just to keep her informed!? Is it that you need someone to follow-up with you regarding your condition!? I want to help, but I don't understand your need!. Give a little more detail and maybe we can come up with some ideas!. In the meantime Pray to God with all your heart for mercy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hope you get a reply soon!.maybe she is busy with preparing for the summer, she could be busy with other things too!.try not to be hard on yourself, you are not losing your mind, you are just worried, which is quite normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is the teacher away on vacation!? Or maybe she's busy with other things!? it's really great of the teacher to offer such support, but now that she's not seeing you all the time, maybe she's busy with other things!. If she's still at school cleaning up from after classes, getting ready for exams, etc, then you could drop in to see her and just let her know that you sent her two emails and didnt hear back, so you worried that maybe they didn't get through and wanted to update her in person!. Or else you could write a letter and deliver it to the school for her!.

I'm so glad that you are getting the professional help you need!. It's time to transfer your need for support to the professional counsellor and away from the teacher!. That's what the psychiatrist is there for!. Work with the pscyhiatrist from now on!. And thank the teacher for all of her help and support!. She has been very important to you and you'll never forget that, and it is time to move on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
