How do YOU feel when you have bad anxiety?!


Question: How do YOU feel when you have bad anxiety!?

When I'm having a bad anxiety attack, my symptoms are blurred vision, pulpitations, shaking, helplessness, wanting to cry, thinking I'm going to drop dead, fear of dying, dizzyness, dry throat, not being able to stay still!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stressed out and overwhelmed! The best thing to do is engage in activities to keep your mind off the anxiety or at least think of something that is more pleasurable!. Don't forget to take a deep breath once in a while! When i am feeling to stressed or overwhelmed from having college finals coming up or life just tries to knock me down then i STOP and do a few things that are more pleasurable!. Then later i could go back and it makes it easier to deal with the anxiety of whatever it is i am trying to do! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the littlest thing will set me off crying and i got into like a fragile state where as soon as i poull myself together something else makes me cry, they usually last about 2 hours with the odd panick attack, but i know how to fight and control them now!. it hasn't happened for about a year whihc i am grateful of as they are horrible and tiring i usually feel drained for about a week afterwards and like i am fighting to not fall back into that sate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I get bad anxiety attacks it usually starts with my stomach!. I get really nauseous!. My whole body tenses up!. It feels like there's a vice clamp around my chest and my heart starts to beat really fast!. I also get a little disoriented, it feels like I'm in a dream or something!. And just an overall feeling of being really nervous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Terrible; I have it bad and when I get like that I start wheezing and gasping for air!. Along with that, I'm crying and crying more and crying more!. It's a terrible thing to have to feel, but if your emotions are bouncing around you don't know what to expect!. I've been suffering with this disease for sometime now!. I just got help for it and going back to get more help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get panick and anxiety attacts when im not even nervouse it just comes on with my breathing getting faster, body tensing up and then i no im gna have a panick attact which makes me feel worried cos ppl will see n then i hyperventerlate usually till i calapse and my hands clamp up and i cant move them!. i started getting them last year when i was 14 cos my mum tried to kill herself infront of me and was left paralized, still trying to overcome them (beta blockers helps) XWww@Answer-Health@Com

alone, scared, can't sit still, can't concentrate on any one thing cause my minds going hell for leather! yeah like something really terrible is going to happen, usually nervous, try my best to avoid people too!
I have no reason to feel like this, thats what I don't understand about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
