son i had written you a long response , but i got logged off since my computer is not working properly!. i have a son who went through this and more with bullies and now he is disabled!. i pulled him out of school and home schooled him !. anyway i would suggest you get outside counseling and tell your parents to go to that school and make noise and complain until things stop!. the school would like nothing better than to label you a problem student and pick on you till you drop out cause this is what they do!. don't let them rob you of your right to an education!. don't let them get to you and stay out of their way!. i myself am on leave from work for enduring a bully and a hostile work environment for 4+ years till i got sick and now found out i have major depressive disorder!. what i am finding out is we cannot let people bother and get to us in a way they way endanger our own health!. you probably get so frustrated and they go home and sleep like babies -not even knowing how they affect us!. so please get counseling therapy- it helps -someone you can talk to and let your worries be known and how to make things better!. i hope this helps - i will pray for you so you will stay in school until you graduate and move on to better things!. the h!.s!. years can be the most difficult for adolescents!. good luck and i responded because i care!. bye!. zoeWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't deal with it by using one of the techniques, such as counting backwards from 20, to 1, (and prevent yourself from making yourself angry, in the first place) is important to express that anger appropriately, at the time, and to the person who caused it, if possible, or immediately afterwards!. If not, maybe by walking away later, and bellowing your rage!. In some situations, such as work, or school, it might be better to cover your mouth with a cupped hand, bandanna/handkerchief, or use the crook of your elbow, to muffle the sound!. Some people find that it helps to journal those thoughts, and emotions soon afterwards!.

Anger, which is repressed, rather than healthily expressed, tends to fester, and later may cause explosive fits of rage, or depression!. It helps to have someone you can talk to!. For more physically inclined people, a punching bag, or hitting your pillow, can be an effective release mechanism: visualise, as vividly as you can, that you are striking back at the cause of that anger!. "But next time, when you get mad, just remember this quote: 'Those who anger you, conquer you!.' It's basically saying that when you give someone the power to make you mad, or let it get to you, it's like they're controlling you!.

Sit a stuffed animal, a pillow, or something else inanimate in a chair!. Tell that object everything that you are upset about!. Once you have it out, forgive the people!. Not because they deserve it but because until you can forgive, anger will eat your up inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
