I got what I deserved?!

Question: I got what I deserved!?
For 3 days I was staying up until 3:00 and later and every day I had to get up at 6:00!. A normal 15 year old needs a minimum of 24 hours in 3 days!. I am just wondering can lack of sleep affect the way you can memorize a presentation!. Because I did a French oral presentation and i frozed twice for a long awkward amount of time, because I could not remember!. So does lack of sleep affect the brain!. Explain!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I don't know the scientific explanation, but yes, lack of sleep can definitely affect your memory and performance skills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it dose effect the brain!. The less sleep you get the lower your ability to think and use your brain, you become less able/slower at thinking through problems so delays and errors in doing metal tasks arise, eg memory in your case, lack of sleep causes a reduction in instant recall of events (remembering your oral presentation)!. Also lack of sleep lowers your ability to concentrate decreasing your chances of remembering further by causing you to think of something else rather than the presentation!.
