Yes, and yes!. I take it all the time mainly because it controls my ADHD and minor depression!. But I get worse in the winter and we up the dose then!.
I think it's about 80% or so good at getting rid of the depression symptoms (which is pretty good) and I personally have no side effects!. It's very easy to go on and then off of if you feel better in spring!.
I've been on many types of antidepressants and this is the best by far for me!. Everyone is different, though!.
