Question: Why do people have bad thoughts and bad dreams!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
I have alot of bad dreams of me getting shot or killed!!.!.!.It really freaks me out! I also had a bad dream that the whole worlds population died and i was the only one left! Creepy! But when i'm sad (in real life not when im dreaming) i think that i 'm a mean person and that i dont deserve to live but i would never kill myself and i just think its part of growing up but im not sure what i think anymore! PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHY PEOPLE HAVE ALOT OF BAD DREAMS AND THINK BAD THINGS!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hunny, sometimes I feel that way too!. I guess just because this world is so bad and everything going on around us is so bad!. I have anxiety and depression issues!. When I start thinking of something bad or have a bad dream!.!.!. I let it bother me so bad (anxiety) to the point that I have the same thoughts when I am awake (depression)!.
I am on Lexapro for my condition and it does help!. But the one thing I learned from it is!.!.!.!.!.!. it is all going to be OK!. You see, I am a Christian woman and God has promised me that one day I will be with Him in paradise!. WOW!!! So now, I don't let the small stuff get to me!. I just pray about it!. I know He will take care of it!.
But for the times that the world is just to much to handle!.!.!.!. I just watch this and it seems to give me a sense of peace!.

Chemicals in the brain cause people to think and dream differently!. As long as you aren't doing anything bad you shouldn't worry!. People who are sensative get "imprinted" by all of the bad things that happen in the world around them!. It enters the subconcious and seeps into your dreams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
