Although, I used to use loud clicker pens!. I would suggest quiet clicker pens, unless you want to tourcher your teacher as I strive to do on a daily basis!. Chewing gum is deffinally another fidget toy!. I don't know how your school works, but mine doesnt allow the chewing of gum in class!. (I go to school in NJ,btw)!.However, teachers are lienant against students who do have ADD or ADHD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a mild case of ADD, and when I was in nursing school, I wore lavender oil (it has calming effects) and I chewed gum!.
I was also so busy taking notes as fast as I could!. It kept me busy, and I had a great reference to look back on later!. Plus there was SO much info I had to know, it was kinda necessary!.
If you must fidget, jiggle your foot or something like that!. Its quiet, so hopefully, it won't irritate very many ppl!.

Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to drive my teachers nuts with my foot tapping and fingernail tapping!. I Finally found some pens that I could click quietly!. I wish I could say it helped me pay attention, but it didn't!. School used to bore me sooooo bad, I literally felt sick to my stomach!. Now I make lasers for NASA! Hang in there kid and never let them squash your personality!. ADD people run the world!. If you find a way to channel your energy and FINISH what you start, then you can be a leader of men!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
