Question: Why is it I hear people in the house!?
When I have my sleep paralysis why is it I hear people in the house!? And it is really weird stuff, ie someone in the kitchen messing with the dishes or someone watching TV!? It

It could be mental illness ( schizophrenia) or it could be ghosts!.
