one can have everything in life still feel low!.
think of the beggars on the street who don't have enough to feed, think of the Chinese parents who lost their only child in deadly earthquake, think of the orphans who don't have anyone in their life to open up,to share their sorrows and happiness!.
i am sure this will help!.
think yourself to be among the more privileged lot who has parents, family, siblings, cousins!.
You can afford to go out for shopping, you can afford to buy an ice-cream and gorge on it!.

ask your mother about your funny baby days, talk to your friends(not online please), fight with your siblings and cousins!.

am sure you will realize the change in your mood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go out into the sun and have a walk in the park!. You will feel better!.

Write a journal and pen your thoughts!. It is therapeutic!.

Listen to music, especially soothing music!.

Visualise a nice scenery of nature, and you will relax!.

Try deep breathing!.

Confide in a friend or relative or loved one!.

Pray to God!. Confide in Him!.

Go out to the shopping mall and buy something you always wanted!.

Eat ice-cream at a shopping mall!.

Just go out to the outdoors!. Do a sports!. You'll forget your trouble!.

Problem solve with a counsellor how you can solve you problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

occupy your time trying to improve someone else's mood!. it's the best cure for sadness, i swear! do something nice for someone else --can be a family member, a friend, a stranger, anyone!. if you can't think of anyone who needs cheering up, put in a few hours volunteering (anywhere!)

or take your dog for a walk (take a leaf out of his book!. see how excited he gets just to see you!? just to sniff around outside for an hour!? how curious and excitable he is!? how carefree!? try to be more like him!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's the heat! Remain occupied if you can and don't let the mood get to you!. Drink loads of liquid through the day!. Water highly recommended!. Stay indoors and listen to Rabindrasangeet or Beatles or Rolling Stones!
