I am usually nice, sweet and I control myself, but sometimes I overreact to thin!


Question: I am usually nice, sweet and I control myself, but sometimes I overreact to things!. What shoud I do!?
People would say that I am a very considerate person and I am always nice to everybody!. But sometimes, I guess because the frustration of always being nice and smiling accumulates, I just explode!. Like last night, my boyfriend spilled some wine on the floor I cleaned the day before, and I freaked out, I started kicking things and crying, and we got into a huge fight for no reason!. Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with this problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think probably discussing your problems with your boyfriend or someone close would probably help you out a lot!. It seems that you are putting a smile on your face to hide what's really going on in the inside, and letting things build up to the point where you are going to erupt!. Well, lacking any other information about you e!.g!. age, BMI etc I can only suggest that for a few weeks you note on a calendar when you get irrational (in YOUR opinion) then see if it coincides with the beginning of either your menstration or ovulation cycle!. If it does, see your doctor for advice re!. your cycle!. If it doesn't, see your doctor for some advice and maybe a referral to a psychologist (NOT a "shrink", or psychiatrist)!.
