Question: I wet dreamed on my mom!?
I have an issue with sleeping alone!. Im 13 and i just experienced a wet dreamed and i guess some of the residue got onto my moms leg!. She talked to me about it, and she finds it gross and wants me to sleep alone!. What should i do!? Is there a way i can control my wet dreams!? Or should i sleep alone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can start slowly, by bringing a cot or air mattress into your mom's room and sleeping separately like that, then after a few days move out to the hallway, then ease into your own room like that!. Make sure you don't get too comfortable along the way - keep moving towards your own room!
Your mom is doing the right thing, so don't be mad at her!.
As for the guy who says to tie a string around yourself, DON'T do that! Wet dreams are natural and pretty nice, no need to control them, just get into your own bed now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're a teenager now, I think it would be best for you to start trying to sleep alone it would be a good thing and help you in the long run so when you're 16 you can have your space and not need to cuddle with mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
