Too often,actually!.
I just keep thinking that things will turn around and get better!.

Yes I have!. I got to the point (read my questions to see why)
where I felt I couldn't go on and I don't agree with suicide - it was a battle!. I made myself get up everyday and do something, I started helping other people, did some training!.
Most of all I decided that I deserved to have a life and decided that if I was going to it was/is up to me to save myself!. I still have bad days but in the most part things are slowly improving - I have to work at it and look forward not back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. And exercise and deep thoughts and blah blah blah won't help!. There is a reason you are feeling hopeless and its most likely linked to depression!. If you have depression symptoms, like wondering why to get out of bed in the morning, sleeping too much or too little, appetite and mood changes, etc, hopelessness is probably one of those!. Everyone feels hopeless one time or another in their life !. Figure out the cause!. Most likely, anti depressants will help!. I don't know how old you are, but I promise you, young or old, everyone feels like this at least once or twice in their life!. Go to a therapist, tell them u r depressed and they will give u proper meds!. Take them for 6 months to a year and I promise this feeling will be resolved!. Don't try to figure out this all out on ur own!. You will regain hope, once whats bothering you deep inside is resolved, I promise!. Just remember, you are not isolated in this probem!. Sometimes!. I remember everyone and everything I have to be thankful for!. When you start to think about it there's a lot that we take for granted!. Also doing something for someone else can make you feel a lot better, even if it's just something small like helping your grandma with something or baking cookies for someone!. Sounds corny but it always helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For many years I've felt hopeless!.!.!.which often led to attempting (or thinking about) suicide!. I don't know how I get myself out of that feeling but I do!.!.!.I one day find myself feeling positive and wondering how I could possibly have thought that way!.!.!.but the same is true when I fall back into it!.!.!.I wonder how I could have stepped off the ledge without realizing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course sweety!.!.!. And I asure you everyon had the kind of moment in their life when they feel that way!
Best thing is to be positive about things and think about things that you already have! Spend more time with friends or whoever you are close to!.
And I think the most effective thing is to keep yourself BUSY! like very busy! It really helps!.!. You don't have time to think so much!.
Shopping, Drinking, etc doesn't help it's just a few hour thing!.!.!.
And of course if you are a religious person then visit church or whatever more!.!.!. and pray to god!

Yes, I have!. The best thing to do is to accentuate the positive and dont get caught up in all that is negative!. Remind yourself of the good things in your life (even if they are in short supply)!. Frequently praise those people with whom you have positive contact (even if its your letter carrier who puts your mail in the slot a certain way)!.
Make your interactions with everyone positive!. Soon, you will begin to see the silver lining in each cloud that you encounter!.

Yes, the last 8-10 months !.!.!.!.!.!.!.I'm literally "half the man I use to be" to quote a song by Stone Temple Pilots!. I did totally before!.!.!.!.!.but now I don't take stuff for granted at all, trying to re-gain hope still as ya know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do/did!.!.!. but have faith in the lord and he will bring you hope!.

i have found faith in him and i go to church every sunday!

and my husband is there for support or maybe the walks and talks are good too and take a nice warm bath!Www@Answer-Health@Com

of coarse!. i am in year 8!. i mostly feel hopeless when i get maths test results back!. but think of it this way , your not hopeless, just keep trying and never give up , that's what i always think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, get some rigid exercise for example running, cycling, skate boarding etc!.!. exercise everyday that will do, believe me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every day till I go on meds and now it every other day, but i'm alive!. That one day more then i would have been, so that brings me hope!.!.!. one day at a timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

went to a therapist, talked a lot, starting taking an antidepressant
