I dont sleep during the week but i can sleep all day on weekends why is this?!


Question: I dont sleep during the week but i can sleep all day on weekends why is this!?
i sleep and average of 6hrs a night during the week and 14-18 hrs a night on weekends i dont know why this is!. i try to go to sleep but i get sidetracked and i remember things that need to get done and i never seem to run out of energy at night but im drained during the days!. what could this be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many reasons this could be!.!.!.!. The amount of energy you put into your weekdays probably differs from the weekends!. This energy carries through to your weeknights!.!.!. it is just like most people!.!.!. when they come home from work, they are tense, and need to "unwind"!. From what you are saying, your body takes considerably longer to unwind!.!.!. and when you stay up, you deprive the body and mind of the sleep it needs!. At night when one tries to go to sleep, the body relaxes, and this allows the mind to wander into a free-floating sea of worries and problems!. There are several different approaches to controlling this; such a neuro-linguistic programming, self-hypnosis, progressive relaxation, and!.!.!.!.!. medication!. I DO NOT recommend medication, as it is only putting a band aid on the problem!. Actually, I myself suffer from 5 out of the 6 major sleep disorders and I have done a LOT of research in the area of sleep!. it might be anxiety!.!.that you have too much on your mind about something about school or work and then on the weekends you can finally free your mind and relax!. therapy might help to find the route of this problem!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
